At GPLUnlimited, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your membership. However, due to the digital nature of our products (GPL ZIP files), we have established the following refund criteria to prevent system abuse.

1. 15-Day Money Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have NOT downloaded any resources from our catalog.

Once a download has been initiated from your account, the service is considered “consumed,” and the right to a refund is waived due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads.

2. Technical Issues and Bug Reporting

We provide files as-is from the original developers. While rare, a file may occasionally present an error or compatibility issue.

  • In such cases, please report the issue to hello@gplunlimited.com.

  • We commit to investigating the error and resolving it through a future update.

  • Technical bugs in the software do not automatically qualify for a refund, as we offer a repository service and not a custom development service.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Your membership costs $3.99 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the downloads until the end of your current billing period.
